Why Advertisements?
The following are the reasons users may experience advertisements during video playback even after purchasing a paid playlist:
- The creator may not have disabled advertisements on the videos hosted on YouTube.
- The creator may be unable to disable advertisements if they are not part of the YouTube Partner Program (YPP).
- YouTube retains full rights to display advertisements on videos hosted on its platform.
- Since YouTube owns the rights to show ads on its hosted videos, Practyc does not have control over these advertisements.
- Even though a playlist is paid, users may still encounter advertisements; however, the playlist is expected to deliver value-added content such as code files, datasets, templates, or other supporting materials to justify its pricing.
- The primary purpose of a playlist is to provide an isolated and nearly distraction-free learning environment.
- Additional services, products, or content may be provided by the playlist creator.
