Terms of Services

01 Eligibility

To use Practyc, you must:

• Be at least 14 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• If you are accessing Practyc on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

02 Our Services

Practyc provides access to digital and live educational products including:

• Business Use Cases
• Business Requirements Documentation
• Synthetic Datasets
• Capstone Project Templates
• Hands-on Labs
• Self-paced Courses and Playlists
• Learning Stacks (curated bundles of the above)
• Interview preparation question banks
• Live Masterclasses and Cohort programmes
• One-to-one expert sessions and mentorship
• Certificates of completion

Some content is created by Practyc and some by independent partners who sell through the platform. Content is licensed to you for your own learning and internal training, and may not be resold or redistributed.

03 User Responsibilities

• Use the content for lawful and permitted educational or professional purposes only.
• Not copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any Practyc content without our explicit written permission.
• Not modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any digital product or underlying data.

04 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Practyc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms.

05 Third-Party Integrations (Google Calendar and LinkedIn)

to enable features like scheduling, calendar synchronization, professional profile integration, and live session access.

By connecting your accounts, you agree to:

• Authorize limited access to necessary data from these third-party services.
• Confirm that you have the right to grant such access.
• Allow processing of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar Integration: Practyc complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, use for advertising, or share Google user data with unauthorized third parties.

LinkedIn Integration: If you connect your LinkedIn account, Practyc may access basic profile information

You may revoke access to any third-party service at any time through your respective account settings. Practyc is not responsible for third-party service outages, API limitations, or changes in their policies.

06 License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Practyc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our digital content solely for:

• Educational use
• Internal corporate training
• Academic research or coursework

This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, or publicly display our content.
• Incorporate our content into any commercial product or service.

07 Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through Practyc, including but not limited to:

• Use case designs
• Project documentation
• Synthetic datasets
• Logos, names, and trademarks

are the intellectual property of Practyc or its content partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Share your account credentials.
• Use Practyc products for training AI models, machine learning systems, or data scraping purposes without explicit permission.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations while using the service.
• Attempt to misuse, manipulate, or interfere with integrations including Google Calendar and LinkedIn features.

09 Billing & Payments

• All prices mentioned on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR)/United States Dollar (USD) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as specified at checkout.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and invoice.
• Invoices are issued by Mister EdTech Private Limited, the legal entity operating Practyc.
• We accept multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks supported)
  • UPI Payments
  • Wallets & Other Online Payment Methods
• All transactions on our website are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.

10 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you purchase a digital product, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• All purchases are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated or legally required.
• Practyc reserves the right to update pricing or service availability at any time.

11 Termination

• You breach any part of these Terms.
• You misuse any Practyc content.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any previously purchased content may be revoked without liability.

12 Disclaimers

• All digital content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Practyc does not guarantee outcomes or accuracy of data analysis based on our content.
• Synthetic datasets are generated for simulation and do not represent real individuals or entities.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any loss of profits or data.
• Any outcome from your use or reliance on our digital content.

14 Live Sessions, Masterclasses and Cohorts

Some products are delivered live on a scheduled date. For these:

• Registration closes shortly before the session begins, as shown on the product page.
• Sessions run at the date and time listed, in the timezone shown at booking.
• If a session is rescheduled or cancelled by Practyc or the partner, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of that item.
• Missing a live session does not entitle you to a refund, unless a recording was promised and not provided.
• Where a recording is made available, it is provided for the access period stated on the product page and is subject to the same licence and restrictions as all other content.
• Live sessions may be recorded. By joining, you agree that your name, and your audio or video if you enable it, may be visible to the host and other participants and may appear in a recording.

One-to-one sessions: A booked session must be scheduled and attended within the validity period shown at purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period. Late cancellation or non-attendance may be treated as a completed session, as stated on the service listing.

Group links: Some programmes use third-party communication groups, such as WhatsApp. Joining these is optional and governed by that provider's own terms.

15 Bundles and Combined Purchases

Learning Stacks, and courses sold together with labs, are bundles. When you buy a bundle:

• The items included are recorded at the time of purchase. If the creator later adds, removes or edits items, what you bought does not change.
• The bundle price may be lower than the sum of the items bought separately. Bundles are purchased and refunded as a single item, not item by item.
• Where one item in a bundle becomes permanently unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement or a proportionate remedy.

16 Duration of Access

Access is not always permanent. Where a product page states an access period, cohort end date, or validity in days, access ends on that date.

• Cohort materials and labs may stop being available after the programme's access end date.
• Booked sessions expire if not used within their validity period.
• Where no period is stated, we aim to keep purchased content available for as long as the platform offers it, but we may withdraw content we no longer have the right to distribute.
• Certificates you have already earned remain valid even after access to the underlying content ends.

17 Coupons and Discounts

• Coupons may be issued by Practyc or by an individual partner, and apply only to the products they are issued for.
• A coupon may carry a usage limit, a limit per user, a first-time-purchase condition, a minimum order value, a maximum discount, and an expiry date.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
• Only one coupon may be applied to an order unless stated otherwise.
• We may withdraw or disable a coupon at any time, including where it has been shared publicly without permission or used in a way it was not intended for.
• A discount already applied to a completed order is not affected by the coupon later being withdrawn.

18 Product Credits

Partners may purchase credits to publish certain products on the platform. Credits:

• Are a prepaid entitlement to use platform features, not money, and hold no cash value.
• Expire on the date shown at purchase and cannot be reinstated once expired.
• Are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are consumed when the feature they pay for is used, whether or not the resulting product sells.

19 Partner and Creator Terms

This clause applies if you publish or sell content on Practyc as a partner. It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Your content: You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Practyc a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, display, promote and sell it on the platform, and to show extracts of it in marketing, for as long as it is listed and for as long as learners who bought it retain access.

Your promises: You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, that it is accurate and lawful, and that any personal data appearing in it may lawfully be shown.

Earnings and payouts:

• Your share of each sale is the rate agreed with Practyc, calculated on the amount actually received after discounts, coupons, payment gateway charges and applicable taxes.
• Earnings are recorded against completed orders and paid on the payout schedule we publish.
• Refunds, chargebacks and reversals are deducted from your earnings, including from later payouts if the amount has already been paid to you.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, and for providing the tax and bank details we need to pay you. We may withhold amounts where law requires it.

Listing and removal: We may decline, edit the presentation of, unpublish or remove any listing, including for quality, legal, or rights reasons. If your content is removed or you stop selling, learners who already bought it keep the access they paid for, and you grant us the licence needed to continue providing it to them.

Your conduct: You agree to deliver what your listing promises, to run scheduled sessions you have accepted bookings for, to respond to learners reasonably, and not to take learners off-platform to avoid platform fees.

20 Ratings, Reviews and Public Profiles

Parts of Practyc are public. You control most of what appears.

• If you publish a learner portfolio or a partner profile, the information on it, including your name, photo, headline, skills, certificates and listed work, is visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
• You can unpublish a public profile at any time from your account settings.
• Ratings, reviews and recommendations you submit are displayed with your name and may remain visible after you stop using the product they refer to.
• By submitting them you grant Practyc the right to display, reproduce and excerpt them on the platform and in marketing.
• Submissions must be honest and your own experience. We may remove content that is false, abusive, discriminatory, promotional, or that discloses someone else's personal information.
• Cached or copied versions may persist elsewhere on the internet after removal, and that is outside our control.

21 Certificates

• A Practyc certificate records that you completed a specific piece of content or submitted a capstone project. It is issued by Practyc.
• It is not a degree, diploma or accredited qualification, and it is not issued by any university or regulatory body.
• Certificates are issued to the name on your account. Keep it accurate, as reissues may not be possible.
• We may revoke a certificate obtained through shared accounts, plagiarism, or any other breach of these Terms, and may withdraw its public verification link.

22 Content Protection

Video and downloadable material on Practyc is protected. You agree not to attempt to circumvent those protections.

• Videos are delivered through a digital rights management service and may not be downloaded, recorded, re-streamed or re-hosted.
• To deter unauthorised sharing, the email address of the signed-in account may be displayed over video and document content while it is being viewed.
• Downloads and content access are logged against your account, and unusual patterns may lead to suspension.
• Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials, or making purchased content available to others, is a breach of these Terms.

23 Modifications to Terms

Practyc may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

24 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indore, M.P. India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, M.P. India.
